Friendly Reminder: Policies for a Smooth Photoshoot Experience
We want your photoshoot to go as smoothly as possible, and to help ensure everything runs seamlessly, we’ve outlined a few important details below. Please take a moment to review these before your shoot:
Is Your Property Ready?
We understand things can get busy, but please make sure your property is 100% ready for the photoshoot upon the photographer’s arrival. If any last-minute staging/cleaning home preparation takes longer than 15 minutes, the photographer may need to reschedule. The home should be in "parade-ready" condition, as we usually have tight schedules with back-to-back appointments. If the property isn't ready to shoot at appointment time, there will be a $50 fee added for the delay. If it is not ready after 15 minutes of wait time and we need to leave to make sure we get to our next appointment, we reserve the right to invoice for a $125 cancellation/rescheduling fee (instead of the $50 delay fee). The photographer can only wait up to 15 minutes for last-minute adjustments—please have everything set and ready to go, including staging and cleaning, before the shoot begins. We truly appreciate your cooperation!
Shooting "As-Is"
Once the photographer arrives, we’ll capture the property exactly as it is. While we might move a couple of very small items to improve the composition, we won’t handle trash, move furnuture, recycling bins, or any cleaning tasks. If some rooms are not fully prepared by the time we arrive, we won't be able to wait for them to be staged or cleaned. The home should be ready to shoot from the get-go!
Please Make Sure the Space is Unoccupied
To ensure the best photos and to allow the photographer to work without distractions, we kindly ask that no one be present during the photoshoot. This includes agents, owners, tenants, stagers, contractors, and pets. If it's not possible for everyone to leave the property, please let us know in advance. In this case, all people (including agents) will need to stay in one room during the shoot, and pets should be crated or kept in a garage. Photoshoots generally last at least 90 minutes, not including any additional services like Zillow or Matterport 3D tours or video work. Think of it as a great opportunity to grab some coffee, take a walk, or run errands! We are TREC-licensed and background checked for your peace of mind.
Last-minute cancellation?
With the exception or inclement weather, if you cancel your photoshoot appointment time within only 12 hours of the appointment, there will be a $125 cancellation fee. Please let us know as soon as you think the property will not be ready.
