Is there an ADU? *

Regardess of overall square footage for the order, there will be an additonal $25 charge per structure for an ADU or habitable stucture. Featured barn areas or farm/ranch complexes etc. If there is a unit number for a back house and it will be a separate listing, then it wil be charged as a separate shoot.

What is Photographer's Access? *

If combo or door key pad, I ask that agent please provide its combo or door code AT LEAST 2 HOURS before the photoshoot.

Is the house 100% ready? An additional charge of $50 will apply if the space is not 100% media-ready upon arrival. *

The photographer reserves the right to cancel the job and leave if they have to wait longer than 15 minutes for final home prep *

The home needs to be 100% "parade-ready" upon photographer's arrival as we are usually on a very tight schedule to get to our next appointment. Thank you kindly for understanding!

The photographer does their very best focused work composing shots while there are no occupants at home for the shoot. *

Additional retouching is not included and will be made available for an additional charge upon request . *
